Operator and service

ReceiptGuard compares purchase orders, supplier invoices and received quantities to identify potential discrepancies and margin changes. You must be authorized to use the store and provide the shipment records. Results depend on your records and selected mappings. Review the calculations and source documents before disputing charges or changing costs. Potential exposure is not a guarantee of savings or recovery. ReceiptGuard does not provide accounting, legal or professional financial advice.

Subscription

ReceiptGuard Pro's commercial price is $29 USD per month with a 14-day trial. Shopify displays the applicable trial, billing period, tax and charge terms before approval and processes billing and subscription changes. Review and approve those official Shopify terms. A development-store test approval explicitly identified by Shopify as free does not change the commercial price. Receipt history remains readable after paid service ends while the app remains installed; new service actions require an active entitlement. Use the applicable subscription controls in Shopify to manage or cancel the plan.

Approved changes

ReceiptGuard changes only inventory-item costs that you explicitly select and confirm. Review the exact current and proposed values. It does not automatically change inventory quantities or selling prices. You remain responsible for store pricing, receiving and supplier decisions.

Use, availability and support

Use the service lawfully. Do not access another merchant's information, upload malicious files or interfere with availability. Temporary Shopify, hosting or network failures may interrupt processing. Failed or unverified cost rows remain available for review and retry. Contact ouwessj@gmail.com for support.

Data and termination

Your business data remains yours. ReceiptGuard processes it to provide the service as described in the privacy policy at /privacy. Export needed reports before uninstalling. Uninstall revokes sessions; the verified Shopify shop-redaction lifecycle deletes operational records. Ending billing alone does not delete receipt history.

Applicable rights

These terms are subject to applicable law. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
